Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients in therapeutic sessions to co-create and work towards individualized treatment goals, tailoring each approach based on client needs.

• Deliver prevention-oriented therapy that addresses real-time struggles, equips clients with coping strategies, and fosters emotional resilience.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review treatment plans, ensuring they're aligned with the evolving needs of each client while adhering to best practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, including progress notes that comply with organizational and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinicians work with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in providing culturally competent care that respects and addresses the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, ensuring that their journey towards mental wellness is supported in a holistic manner.

Qualifications\n

• You must hold a full license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, enabling you to build rapport with clients and articulate complex ideas clearly.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
