This role is designed to provide flexibility, allowing you to create and manage a schedule that suits your life. Our center operates from Monday through Saturday, and as a valued member of our team, you will benefit from in-house credentialing and support with insurance participation. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, gathering the necessary information to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through regular documentation and meetings, such as patient rounds, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care.

• Provide clinically informed interventions, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients in their individualized service plans.

• Maintain ethical and timely documentation in compliance with departmental expectations, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care.

• Deliver case management services that include consulting with hospital and community professionals, facilitating comprehensive and integrated approaches to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Your ability to understand and respect different backgrounds while addressing individual needs will be critical in fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts is required.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Willingness to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, with the potential for more depending on your availability and client demand.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, providing you with a solid foundation in therapeutic practices and client engagement.

• Experience with a range of treatment modalities, particularly CBT and other evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
