Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Verve Wellness, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the overall mental health of your clients. These include:

• Providing individual and couple's therapy to clients of all ages, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs.

• Utilizing advanced billing services that handle claims processing, client and insurance management, benefit eligibility checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on delivering therapeutic support.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with healthcare regulations and best practices in patient care.

• Scheduling client appointments and effectively managing your calendar to ensure a consistent and organized workflow.

• Demonstrating the ability to work with a diverse range of clinical presentations, showcasing your flexibility and adaptability as a clinician.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily serving students in the school setting, as well as their families, addressing a range of mental health concerns and challenges. Developing therapeutic relationships with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or trauma will be essential in helping them achieve positive outcomes in both their academic and personal lives. You will also be involved in crisis intervention, providing immediate support to students in need and collaborating with school staff when necessary.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Active LCSW licensure to practice independently in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. You will be compensated as a W2 employee and receive an hourly rate based on your work hours. Benefits include:
