Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize an efficient billing service to manage claims and ensure timely communication regarding client and insurance accounts, including eligibility checks and payment plans.

• Provide compassionate individual and couples therapy to clients across all age ranges, adapting therapeutic approaches to fit diverse needs and situations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and therapy notes to comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Schedule appointments proactively, keeping an organized calendar to manage client sessions effectively.

• Demonstrate flexibility by handling a variety of clinical presentations and adjusting methods as necessary to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will be a diverse group ranging from students to their families, each with unique needs. You will work with children, adolescents, and adults, addressing various mental health challenges. Through therapy, you will help these individuals develop coping strategies, enhance their mental well-being, and create supportive family environments.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required for this role.

• Must possess an active and independent LCSW license in Texas.

• Essential soft skills include professionalism, cultural competence, excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• A commitment to continuing professional development and self-motivation to enhance therapeutic techniques and practices.

• Availability for a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including two evenings per week, to accommodate client scheduling.
