Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients’ mental health status, using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that consider the unique cultural, personal, and medical backgrounds of each patient and their family.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions and continually monitor patient progress to adjust treatment strategies as needed to improve patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions, treatment updates, and care plans in accordance with regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and external providers to coordinate comprehensive care and referrals as appropriate.

• Facilitate education sessions and mentoring for students, interns, and volunteers, ensuring a culture of learning and growth within the team.

• Actively participate in clinical supervision and peer-review processes to contribute to team development and ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
