Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy services to clients spanning various age ranges, ensuring culturally competent and ethical treatment practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely record-keeping for all client interactions, including detailed session notes and documentation, to comply with accountability standards.
\n
• Utilize our billing service efficiently to manage claims, oversee client accounts receivable, and conduct benefit and eligibility checks, allowing more time for client care.
\n
• Schedule ongoing appointments, effectively managing your calendar while ensuring clients receive timely follow-ups and continuous support.
\n
• Demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse range of clinical presentations, employing evidence-based approaches tailored to meet individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with students in a school setting, addressing their mental health challenges and emotional difficulties. You will develop therapeutic alliances with children and adolescents, providing them the support they need to thrive both academically and personally.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required.
\n
• Must possess a valid state license to practice independently as an LCSW.
\n
• Excellent professional demeanor, strong therapeutic boundaries, and exceptional organizational and time-management skills are crucial for success in this role.

• A commitment to cultural competency and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse clientele is essential.
\n
• Availability for a full-time commitment (40 hours per week), including at least 20-25 direct client hours and a minimum of 2 evenings per week.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience working with couples, as well as a wide variety of clinical issues.

• A strong desire to pursue ongoing professional development and engagement in further training.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with performance bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will have access to various benefits that enhance your work experience:
