Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and, when necessary, utilize standardized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to diagnose and evaluate patients’ mental health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that respect cultural diversity and specific needs, engaging the patient and their family in this collaborative process.

• Regularly assess and monitor patient progress, adapting treatment strategies to support symptom management and enhance overall mental health.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and reports, adhering to the regulatory requirements and best practices in documentation.

• Coordinate care and facilitate referrals to other providers, acting as a vital link between students and the broader mental health services network.

• Mentor and provide education to students, interns, and new team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and team development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with children and adolescents within school settings, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and social-emotional difficulties. Your role is crucial in providing accessible mental health support and intervention that caters specifically to the evolving needs of young individuals, their families, and their educational environments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, coupled with a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
