Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one and couples therapy via secure telehealth platforms, aiding clients in navigating their personal challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting students, families, and individuals facing emotional and behavioral challenges related to their academic environments. You will work with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. Your contributions will directly improve educational and mental health outcomes in the communities we serve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license in the state of California.

• At least two years of clinical experience, particularly in a school, community, or behavioral health setting.

• Strong familiarity with treatment planning, documentation requirements, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
