Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' emotional and behavioral issues, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings, focusing on coping strategies, emotional regulation, and crisis intervention.

• Facilitate open communication with family members and support systems to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment, including coordination of care and discharge planning.

• Maintain and document accurate clinical records, including progress notes and treatment plans, aligned with departmental policies and compliance regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment strategies that cater to each child's unique psychosocial needs, ensuring effective transitions and support.

Qualifications\n
