Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as an Independent Contractor, providing mental health services to the school community.

• Conduct thorough assessments of students' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans.

• Design and implement customized strategies for intervention and support, ensuring alignment with each student's unique requirements.

• Deliver high-quality counseling and psychotherapy sessions for students, focusing on both individual and group therapies, and actively listening to their concerns.

• Research and provide a plethora of resources and referrals to clients and their families, enhancing access to community support services and programs.

• Monitor progress towards established goals, adapting strategies as necessary to optimize student outcomes.

The primary client focus for this position encompasses students within schools, including those from diverse cultural backgrounds and various age groups. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
