What You'll Do

As a Direct Service Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as personal care and hygiene.
Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
Monitoring and documenting residents' health and well-being.
Communicating effectively with team members and families to ensure the highest quality of care.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who bring compassion, dedication, and professionalism to the role. To succeed in this position, you should have:

3 years of experience in a similar role or caregiving environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A genuine passion for working with seniors and a commitment to their well-being.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
A proactive and dependable approach to your work.
