Work Environment

The role is based onsite at our outpatient office, where you will work Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options including an 8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM work day, or four 10-hour shifts. Our facility is equipped with modern equipment and treatment spaces designed to create a healing and inviting environment for our clients. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes and uphold our commitment to excellence in care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments to determine individual therapy needs and soft tissue dysfunction.
• Design and implement specialized therapy protocols that promote recovery, restore function, and enhance mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on effective at-home recovery strategies, ensuring they are equipped to continue their progress outside of therapy.
• Work collaboratively across departments, including occupational therapy and fitness coaching, to devise multidisciplinary approaches that improve patient recovery times and overall results.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of patient care processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele varies greatly, including individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, accident-related trauma, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. You will engage with patients of all ages, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs and goals. Your ability to connect with both patients and their families will be instrumental in fostering a supportive environment that encourages recovery and growth.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
• A patient-centered mindset, ensuring that care plans are aligned with patient goals and expectations.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Experience working with a diverse population in rehabilitation, particularly with orthopedic and sports injury cases.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and treatment plans effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 85,000 and 110,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
