Substitute Secretaries For Cleveland Heights-University Heights City Schools Renhill Group is currently recruiting Substitute Secretaries for Cleveland Heights-University Heights City Schools for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is on call and as needed throughout the school year. Minimum requirements: High School Diploma/Equivalent Two professional references BCI & FBI background checks completed within the past 12 months and on file with the Ohio Department of Education. Necessary Skills/Duties: Monitor record keeping procedures Prepare computer documents Maintain systematic filing system Greet/assist visitors Prepare letters, memos, notes, and emails Prepare photocopies Process incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail Help resolve staff/parent/student issues Relevant work experience in field Demonstrable evidence of literacy and numeracy skills Proficiency in spelling, proofreading, and correct use of grammar Enrollment in School Employees Retirement System (SERS) with 14% employer match.
