You’ll lead and inspire an exceptional team, cut through complexity, rally stakeholders, and turn bold ideas into measurable business impact.Key Responsibilities May Include:Lead supply chain strategy and operating model optimization, with accountability for service performance, inventory health, working capital, and supply resilience.Define and govern the multi‑year supply chain transformation roadmap, ensuring prioritization, sequencing, and value realisation across initiatives and investments.Own supply chain network design and capital planning decisions, including capacity strategy, greenfield and brownfield expansion, site optimization, and real‑estate footprint evolution.Set decision frameworks and governance for automation, digitization, and advanced analytics initiatives, ensuring investments align to enterprise priorities and deliver measurable operational value.Establish and maintain an integrated planning and execution cadence across demand, supply, production, and inventory to enable disciplined decision‑making and cross‑functional alignment.Lead senior leaders and managers across supply chain strategy, programs, and regional operations, building accountability, capability, and a performance‑driven culture.Partner with commercial, finance, technology, and operations leaders to align supply chain capabilities with customer needs, growth strategies, and financial commitments.Embed sustainability and decarbonization considerations into network design, capital investment, and operational decision‑making to support long‑term enterprise and ESG objectives.Position PurposeWe are seeking a strategic, execution‑driven supply chain leader to drive transformation across operations excellence, quality, plant automation, sustainability and plant network optimization. This role leads a high‑performing team responsible for elevating enterprise supply chain performance in complex, high‑volume environments. The ideal candidate excels at turning ambiguity into structured execution, building cross‑functional alignment, and delivering measurable operational and financial results.What You Will BringQualifications:Essential Qualifications -Bachelor of Science Degree in one of the following engineering disciplines: Supply Chain Management, Logistics Planning, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other relevant engineering diplomaDesirable Qualifications -MBA or equivalent on the job experience preferredLean Manufacturing/Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or significant related experience a plusManagement of a large, multi-million/billion dollar P&L in prior rolesExperience:Minimum of 20 years of supply chain management, engineering and/or related project management experienceMinimum of 12 years of experience working as a Supply Chain leader in a production operations environmentSkills and Knowledge:Proven leadership experience in complex, high‑volume supply chain environmentsDemonstrated success driving enterprise‑wide transformation and automation initiativesStrong expertise in SIOP/IBP, planning, procurement, production, and inventory managementExperience deploying AI, digital tools, and advanced analytics in supply chain operationsTrack record of delivering measurable operational and financial improvementsAbility to lead through ambiguity, influence cross‑functional partners, and build disciplined execution frameworksExperience with sustainability or decarbonization initiatives is a strong plusWhat To Expect:Additional Details:Role will start in Alpharetta and will then be based in Atlanta, when new office opens late 2026Travel 25-50% within scopeWhat We Offer:Employee PackageCompetitive Pay & Annual Bonus StructureBenefits Day 1!Paid Time Off plus Holiday Observances401K w/ company match (up to 4%)FREE company-paid vision, short-term disability, and life insurance!Tuition reimbursement, parental leave, childcare assistance, profit sharing, and more!Compensation Statement:The compensation range for this position is $210,000 to $270,000 per year. Salary & hourly ranges provided take into account a wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications, geographic differentials and other business and organizational needs. Therefore, actual amounts offered may be higher or lower than the range provided.
