Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain Digital Enablement

Overview The Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain Digital Enablement owns digital products that support work planning, coordination, and execution across the supply chain network. The role focuses on enabling better decisions, stronger collaboration, and more reliable outcomes. Responsibilities Product Ownership & Strategy Own the vision, outcomes, and roadmap for key supply chain product experiences. Define the most important partner and business problems to solve, with success metrics tied to clarity, predictability, and effective execution. Balance near‑term experience improvements with longer‑term opportunities to expand insight, coordination, and decision support. Discovery & Delivery Lead discovery through partner research, data analysis, journey mapping, and experimentation. Translate insight into clear priorities, roadmaps, and product requirements. Partner closely with design and engineering to deliver solutions that are valuable, usable, feasible, and aligned to strategy. Use performance data and partner feedback to guide iteration and continuous improvement. Partner Experience & Insight Build deep understanding of how teams and partners plan, coordinate, and manage work across supply chain interactions. Improve visibility into key information, status, and performance so partners know what’s happening and what to expect. Design experiences that translate operational complexity into clear choices, guidance, and next steps. Explore opportunities to introduce insight, automation, or intelligent guidance as the experience evolves. Collaboration & Influence Partner closely with planning, manufacturing, operations, engineering, design, analytics, and adjacent product teams to ensure experiences reflect accurate and reliable information. Align on goals, dependencies, and measures of success across teams. Communicate priorities, trade‑offs, and decisions with clarity and conviction. Contribute to a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years in product management or related fields (engineering, design, data, research). Demonstrated success shaping and shipping digital products that meet user needs and deliver business impact. Proficiency in modern discovery and delivery practices. Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data and experimentation. Clear, compelling communication across technical and non‑technical audiences. Ability to balance multiple priorities and make thoughtful trade‑offs in complex environments. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree. Experience working on products used in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or fulfillment environments. Familiarity with systems that support planning, forecasting, or replenishment decisions. Experience applying AI or intelligent automation to improve decision‑making or operational workflows. Pay Range: United States of America: 171,000 USD - 198,000 USD. Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
