This high-visibility role empowers you to shape financial strategy, strengthen governance, and deliver measurable efficiency gains across a complex, fast-paced logistics network.Key Responsibilities May Include:Be a strategic partner to the regional business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights, providing recommendations to improve business performance and optimize decision makingDevelop and maintain advanced financial models, including scenario analysis and business case development, to support data-driven decision-making and drive business performance improvements.Provide financial leadership on strategic projects, such as cost optimization, supply chain initiatives, and capital investments, ensuring long-term financial sustainability.Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers, presenting actionable insights to senior management.Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, and operational teams to improve profitability, drive cost efficiencies, and meet financial objectives.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies in the preparation and review of financial statements.Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure and improve financial and operational performanceAbout The Role:This team leader will provide senior-level finance leadership across Supply Chain Operations and Logistics, strengthening financial governance, enabling strategic and operational decision making, and driving operational excellence across a highly complex, multi-site cost base. The role is visionary and results-driven to design, lead, and execute our end-to-end supply chain enablement strategy. In this role, you will be leading projects to optimize core networks and supporting the implementation of next-generation digital tools (including AI, automation, and advanced analytics). Salary & hourly ranges provided take into account a wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications, geographic differentials and other business and organizational needs. Therefore, actual amounts offered may be higher or lower than the range provided.
