Job Summary Senior Director, Procurement Glass – This role is a key contributor to meeting CEPG’s 2030 strategic pillars, managing the Coca‑Cola System’s glass strategic sourcing in the Americas and monitoring upstream inputs including Soda Ash, Gas & Electricity, and Cullet. The position is based in Atlanta and supports Glass initiatives across all the Americas as well as select Asia Pacific countries. Responsibilities Plan and lead the sourcing process for approximately $500MM of glass category annual expenditure. Influence key stakeholders in the bottler system and within the Coca‑Cola company up to the SVP/CPO levels. Lead a matrixed team of procurement and technical personnel from the bottling community on projects. Develop sourcing strategies that deliver against business objectives and create sustainable supplier relationships. Build and maintain relationships with senior management of strategic global and regional suppliers to support and enhance the supply strategies of the KO system. Develop sustainability strategies for glass and connect initiatives with KO and CEPG leadership, driving World Without Waste & climate goals. Influence suppliers’ manufacturing processes, technology decisions, and policies to benefit both parties, leveraging the volume of the Coca‑Cola system. Deliver sustainable financial value in line with CEPG goals by executing sourcing strategies, events, and projects. Hand‑on development of contract terms and conditions in collaboration with bottlers to maximize procurement value. Assist in developing price forecasts for KO and bottling system senior management as a critical input in business planning. Identify and monitor key supply‑chain cost components (unbundling) for relevant categories. Ensure continuity of supply through supply‑based management and execution of business continuity plans. Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply‑base issues and opportunities. Monitor and project long‑term global supply/demand analysis (capacity planning) for all relevant regions. Develop alternative supply‑point strategies, taking into account bottler assets as required. Provide subject‑matter expertise to bottler associates to build relationships and improve collaboration. Develop extended team member talent by providing leadership, coaching, and opportunities to strengthen system expertise in glass procurement. Build alignment with internal stakeholder groups on the sourcing strategy and procurement process. Embrace digital tools and AI to enhance category strategies, opportunities, and performance. Travel: 30% – 50% internationally; flexibility required to work outside standard business hours. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree (MBA preferred). 10years of procurement/supply‑management experience. Experience managing strategic sourcing initiatives and influencing at senior executive levels. Strong analytical, budgeting, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage relationships with global suppliers. International experience working across multiple geographies and cultures. Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Benefits & Compensation Base pay: $162,000 – $188,000 USD (varies by geography, knowledge, skills, and experience). Annual incentive reference value: 30%.
