Electric Lettuce voted Best Dispensary 2026 is looking for a Lead Budtender to join our TV HWY team.
Bring your cannabis knowledge customer service skills and leadership experience to a team thats all about great products great people and a welcoming experience.
What Youll Do
- Deliver a great customer experience and coach others to do the same
- Educate customers and help them find the right cannabis products
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Help keep daily dispensary operations running smoothly
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming sales floor
- Support merchandising product displays and sales
- Lead by example in following company policies and OLCC requirements
- Assist management as needed
What Were Looking For
- Retail and customer service experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Cannabis industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication reliability and attention to detail
- Must be 21
- Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
