Marketing and Business Development Coordinator Marketing and Business Development Coordinator reporting directly to the CEO Report directly to the CEO in executing the new product marketing campaigns and business development for MAP Digital, Inc’s Fast Pass Badging ( as well as the full MetaMeetings platform. Also assist the CEO in producing the Women Funding Women Summit on our MetaMeetings platform during UN General Assembly Week in New York in September 2025. Campaign Execution & Content Creation Develop and execute marketing campaigns primarily for email, and video for LinkedIn and other social media. Write and edit marketing content in Canva, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, video platforms and AI tools. Build content calendar, schedule, and manage social media posts. Market Research & Data Analysis Work with CEO to conduct competitor and industry research. Analyze marketing performance metrics. Prepare marketing and sales reports. Administrative & Coordination Tasks Manage CEO’s projects like the “Women Funding Women Summit.” Join us in revolutionizing the events industry while making a positive impact on society.
