TENNIS INSTRUCTOR - PARKS & REC

Old Bridge Parks & Recreation is seeking enthusiastic, personable, and experienced Tennis Instructors to join our team for the upcoming season. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about tennis and enjoy working with participants of all ages and skill levels. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and lead engaging tennis instruction for participants ages 7 through 10. Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. Effectively manage classes while adapting instruction to varying skill levels. Communicate clearly and professionally with participants and parents/guardians. Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting. Qualifications: Prior experience coaching sports or teaching physical activities preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with children and adults in a group setting. Availability to work evenings and weekends. Tennis certification is preferred and may impact compensation. Seasonal, part‑time position (approximately 6–10 hours per week). Hourly rate: $18–$25 per hour, depending on qualifications and certification All applicable State and CDC guidelines will be followed for this position.
