Your Responsibilities

* Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screening

* Follow through with leads to keep them engaged and assist them on their hiring journey

* Ensure precise and current records within our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful hires generated from your leads

How the Compensation Works
