Your Responsibilities

* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for further evaluation

* Follow up with prospects to sustain interest and assist them along their hiring journey

* Keep meticulous and current records within our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on the meetings you arrange, interviews held, and successful hires originating from your initiatives
