Respiratory Therapist – RRT

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Southern Montana. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with respiratory disorders. Your expertise will help improve patients' quality of life and enhance their overall respiratory health. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, utilizing advanced medical equipment and innovative therapeutic techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Perform initial patient assessments and develop appropriate respiratory care plans.
- Administer respiratory treatments, therapies, and medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and evaluate patient response to therapy and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families about respiratory disorders, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in respiratory therapy and participate in continuing education programs.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in Montana
- Must be a graduate of an AMA Accredited Respiratory Therapy program and credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care as a Certified (CRT) or Registered (RRT) Respiratory Therapist
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
- One year of clinical experience is desired.
