Genomic Data Curator - Harmonize Datasets & Pipelines

Harvard University

The Harvard Medical School Department of Biomedical Informatics seeks a skilled Genomic Data Curator to join the SMaHT Data Analysis Center. The Park Lab focuses on understanding genetic and epigenetic mechanisms in disease through computational analysis of genomic data. The successful candidate will harmonize and standardize datasets across tissues, apply metadata labels, and help push curated data to the public SMaHT Data Portal, collaborating with software engineers. #J-18808-Ljbffr Harvard University
