Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a logistics company located in Pompano Beach, FL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

• Monitor progress of delivery routes

• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

This is NOT a remote position: you will be required to go into the office days a week.

Shift: Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Pay Rate: 16.50-17/hr.

Skills and Requirements

• At least 3+ years of customer service experience with inbound customer requests via phone, email, and other programs.

Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues and deescalate situations

• Ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations Bilingual in Spanish/English
