SAP Project Systems, Asset Accounting, & PMMO Consultant, Senior 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior SAP Project Systems (PS)/Asset Accounting Consultant to join our client's team in Kansas City, MO. This critical project offers opportunities to contribute to national security, engineering, and manufacturing, with a strong focus on maintaining the safety, security, and reliability of the nation's nuclear deterrent. It also presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and execute complex SAP PS implementations and optimizations, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. This role is based in Kansas City, MO , and offers a hybrid WFH schedule. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens , able to pass the client’s background check. Responsibilities Lead and optimize SAP PS module implementations, focusing on areas such as customer reimbursable, revenue, bid and proposal, overhead, PMMO Cost Plus, public sector, A&D, RRB, and CAPEX projects. Analyze business processes to identify improvements and innovative solutions. Configure SAP PS, Asset Accounting, and PMMO for seamless integration. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and reliability. Provide technical support and training for effective system use. Develop project documentation, including specifications and reports. Act as the primary liaison between clients and the technical team. Stay current on SAP PS advancements and industry trends. Qualifications Proven expertise in SAP PS implementation, including analysis, design, configuration, and support. Strong knowledge of Project Systems for various scenarios, including customer reimbursable, cost-plus, public sector, PMMO, RRB, and CAPEX. Hands-on experience with Resource-Related Billing, project profiles, costing, time entry integration (CATS), and public sector customer projects. Expertise in New Asset Accounting, covering compliance, verification, integration, settlements, and reporting. Deep understanding of SAP PS integration with Funds Management, General Accounting, CO, MM, SD, and Asset Accounting. Experience with PMMO solutions, including movement types, pegging logic, exception handling, and MRP planning. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. SAP PS certification (preferred). Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens, able to pass the client’s background check. Compensation W2 Hourly rate: $77-$82. Pay rates are based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications, and are subject to change at any time.
