Commercial Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to handle regular work orders and regular maintenance of commercial office building. Duties of the Maintenance Technician include General Electric, Plumbing, Refrigeration, and HVAC. Also, be able to complete punch items for office unit turns. If you have previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Maintenance Technician will complete the submitted work orders efficiently and effectively and provide the resident with excellent and professional service.Responsibilities:General Upkeep of the property and/or grounds along with other tasks assignedInspect Life Safety equipment and make repairs or replacements as neededInspect properties to identify any issues or concerns needing to be addressedDevelop and implement preventative maintenance proceduresConfirm with residents to perform work ordersCommunicate with residents timely and effectively on their work order statusRequirements:General knowledge of handy work, electric, plumbing, refrigeration and HVAC systemsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAttention to detailWell OrganizedExcellent time management to complete work ordersJob Type: Full-time Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience:Maintenance: 3 years minimumWork Location: In person
