Respiratory Therapist (RRT / CRT) - Night Shift | $15K Sign-On Bonus | Acute Care Hospital

About the Role

We are hiring a skilled Respiratory Therapist (RRT / CRT) to join a leading acute care hospital environment. This opportunity is ideal for candidates experienced in critical care, ICU, ventilator management, and emergency respiratory support . Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments , airway evaluation, and breath sound analysis
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, nebulizers, bronchodilators, and chest physiotherapy
• Manage mechanical ventilation (invasive and non-invasive ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP)
• Assist with intubation, airway management, and ventilator setup
• Monitor and adjust ventilator settings, ABGs (arterial blood gases), and oxygenation levels
• Respond to code blue, rapid response, and emergency respiratory situations
• Provide care for ICU, ER, trauma, and critical care patients
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and EMR charting
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months recent acute care experience (RRT preferred, CRT accepted)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) - NBRC certified
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (Associate Degree or higher)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) - within 30 days
• ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications - within 6 months

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $28 - $40 per hour (based on experience)
• Night Shift Differential: +$4.50/hr
• Weekend Differential: +$3/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
