Schedule & Practice Model

Monday through Friday outpatient schedule No nights No weekends No call responsibilities Approximately 2024 patients daily Outpatient-only primary care setting

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care across the lifespan Manage chronic disease, preventative care, and acute visits Deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient environment Coordinate care plans, education, referrals, and follow-up services Maintain accurate documentation and quality standards

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements MD or DO REQUIRED Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED Active California medical license REQUIRED Active DEA registration REQUIRED Compassionate, patient-centered approach to primary care REQUIRED Outpatient Family Medicine experience preferred New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
