Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Huntington Park, California.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Unique school-based outpatient Family Medicine opportunity serving students, families, and the surrounding community
• Practice medicine in a mission-driven setting focused on accessibility, prevention, and long-term patient relationships
• Located directly on middle school grounds with strong community engagement and support

SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
• Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
• No nights
• No weekends
• No call responsibilities
• Approximately 20-24 patients daily
• Outpatient-only primary care setting

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care across the lifespan
• Deliver preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
• Support a culturally diverse patient population within a community-centered model
• Coordinate referrals, treatment plans, patient education, and follow-up care
• Maintain high-quality documentation and continuity of care standards

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Hourly compensation: $120-$125/hour based on experience

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Active California medical license REQUIRED
• Active DEA registration REQUIRED
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to primary care REQUIRED
• Interest in community and school-based medicine strongly preferred
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
