Home Health Aides Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team at The Promenade at University Place, a family-owned assisted living facility in Albany, New York. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide exceptional care to our residents, assisting with daily activities and promoting independence. Responsibilities Assist patients with personal care daily activities, including bathing, oral hygiene, meal preparation and feeding, dressing and undressing, ambulation, and other activities as needed Perform resident-related duties as assigned in an accurate and timely manner Perform light housekeeping tasks Document assisted daily activity tasks in accordance with the resident plan of care About the Role As a Home Health Aide at The Promenade at University Place, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. You will work closely with our nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
