Ignite your passion for helping young learners by supporting preschool students as a valued Speech-Language Pathologist in vibrant Southern California! This full-time contract position spans multiple school sites, offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with another experienced SLP and make a visible difference across a diverse caseload of up to 50 children, ages 3 to 5. With a start date ASAP and the assignment running through June 17, 2026, you'll be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary environment that also includes occupational therapy resources.

Leverage your expertise in speech-language pathology within school and healthcare settings, or build your clinical skills if you’re an SLP-CFY or SLPA ready for hands-on experience. Teletherapy experience is also valued as schools continue to incorporate flexible service models. Spring break from March 30–April 10, 2026, is built in, giving you time to recharge. Interviews are conducted virtually via Google Meet as early as next week.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (required for SLP roles).
• California SLP or SLPA licensure, or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience with preschool or pediatric populations strongly preferred.
• CFY candidates and experienced SLPs are both encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language services to preschool-aged students (3–5 years old) across various sites.
• Manage a caseload of up to 50 students, with the support of an onsite SLP peer.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in coordination with educators and other specialists.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes.
• Communicate with families and caregivers to support carryover at home.
