Dockside Marine has proudly served Northern Illinois since 1984 as one of the region's premier marine and powersports dealerships. We represent industry-leading brands including Sea-Doo®, Mercury Marine®, Nautique®, Godfrey Pontoons®, Can-Am®, Ski-Doo®, and FLOE® docks and lifts.

We're looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee the daily accounting and administrative operations of our dealership. If you enjoy bookkeeping, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Customer invoicing and payment processing
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist with monthly bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Process boat, trailer, ATV, UTV, and personal watercraft titles and registrations
• Coordinate Illinois title transfers and license plate processing
• Process manufacturer warranty paperwork
• Assist with inventory tracking and floorplan financing administration
• Maintain accurate customer and financial records
• Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service
• Support the Sales, Service, and Parts Departments
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
• Help keep the dealership organized and operating efficiently

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, office management, or dealership administration experience
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Experience in marine, automotive, RV, powersports, or equipment dealerships is a plus

Full-Time

Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Closed Sunday & Monday
