Service Advisor
Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Baldwin is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Greet customers with a professional, prompt, and friendly attitude
- Accurately gather customer and vehicle information
- Document vehicle concerns based on customer descriptions
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on age, mileage, and service history
- Create accurate estimates for labor and parts
- Perform walk-around inspections on all vehicles
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Track vehicle status and ensure timely completion
- Review final invoices with customers and explain all work performed

What We're Looking For:
- Proven success in customer service and sales performance
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager
- High energy, team-oriented, and customer-focused
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate tablet-based write-up systems (Reynolds & Reynolds a plus!)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Desire for a long-term career with a dealership that promotes from within
