We strive to have the highest effective wage in the market (base + comm + productivity + tips). Last week our avg effective wage was $33.18/hr. Some make more, some less, but no one earns less than $24/hr. Free shears ($199 msrp) just for coming in for an interview. Hands-on training and $300 signing bonus. Cosmetology or barbers license required.

What you bring to the team To join a Great Clips salon team as an Assistant Salon Manager, you'll need: A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province) Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
