Description

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join our team in a full-time, direct-hire, day role within a dynamic food production environment. This position is responsible for leading and optimizing daily plant operations, ensuring food safety compliance, and driving efficiency while building and developing high-performing teams. This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $135,000, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee all plant operations, including production, quality, safety, and maintenance
Lead and develop team members while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all food safety and regulatory requirements (SQF or equivalent)
Support the commercialization and successful launch of new food products
Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase output
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, QA, and supply chain teams
Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives

7+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing operations
3+ years in a Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager, or similar leadership role
Experience implementing and maintaining SQF or equivalent food safety systems
Proven experience supporting the commercialization of new food products
Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory compliance
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational performance
