Position Overview: The Audit Senior Manager oversees audit engagements for a wide range of healthcare organizationsincluding physician groups, clinical research organizations, CCRCs, MSOs, health IT firms, and private equity-backed providers. This role involves supervising audit teams, researching technical issues, evaluating processes, strengthening client communications, and providing strategic recommendations. The position offers significant exposure to decision makers and participation in business development across multiple service lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple engagements, providing technical accounting and advisory support to healthcare organizations and investment groups.
• Participate in business development efforts, including proposal development and market visibility initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of combined public accounting and healthcare experience.
