About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of Project Delivery to join their team. This executive will be a key leader in shaping the delivery of the organization's largest and most complex projects, with a focus on integrating various operational aspects into a unified and accountable delivery system. The role requires a deep understanding of construction operations, the ability to identify and mitigate delivery risks, and a strong commitment to talent development and succession planning. The successful candidate will be expected to lead through influence, challenge assumptions, and drive decisions, all while maintaining the company's values and reputation in the market. Key responsibilities for the SVP of Project Delivery include serving as the operational leader across the project delivery lifecycle, leading company-wide delivery operating rhythms, and partnering with regional leadership to ensure consistent delivery standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, over 20 years of construction project management experience, and a proven track record in a senior leadership role within a construction company. They should be adept at interpreting project performance data, leading project recovery efforts, and balancing standardization with regional flexibility. Strong communication, facilitation, and executive skills are essential, as is the ability to translate enterprise standards into practical field adoption and measurable project outcomes.
