Strong DocuSign experience is a must-have for this position.Responsibilities:Create and send DocuSign documentsSend DocuSign mail mergesRun and analyze reports using DocuSignRetrieve Administer DocuSign, including maintaining DocuSign users, creating groups, and managing the regional DocuSign accountWeekly and monthly reportsManage and monitor shared mailboxesOnboard and train new hires on the teamManage HR tickets, reports, roster uploads, and HQ questionsCreate and work tickets as neededAbility and willingness to learn as well as provide excellent customer serviceAbility and willingness to train other team members and/or other subsidiariesAdditional duties assigned as neededRequirements:Minimum one year of DocuSign experience requiredBachelor's degree2 to 3 years of related experience requiredPreferred Qualifications: Advanced DocuSign experience required: sending, mail merge, Retrieve, reporting. Previous experience with Workday. Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Microsoft Excel VLOOKUP and pivot table skills preferred. Previous experience with Microsoft Office.
