Senior HR Ops Specialist: Onboarding, Benefits & Compliance
BENCHMARK
Benchmark is seeking a Sr HR Operations Specialist to lead onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration in a fast-paced, multi-state environment. You will own HR processes, ensure compliance, and partner with managers on job analyses and market pricing. The role requires five years of multi-state HR experience, strong relationship management, and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.
