Undergraduate Recruiter

Summary The Vendor Onboarding Specialist supports vendor onboarding for the Capital Projects/Redevelopment team by compiling and reviewing documentation to ensure compliance with licensing and insurance requirements. This role partners with Risk Management to resolve discrepancies, collaborates with project teams, and drives process improvements to enhance efficiency and execution. Key Responsibilities Compile comprehensive vendor onboarding packages, including thorough reviews of licenses and insurance to ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with Risk Management to address and resolve insurance discrepancies promptly and effectively.
Foster collaboration and synergy among project team members to enhance productivity and achieve project objectives.
Continuously assess and refine project processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.
Perform other projects and responsibilities as required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Yardi/Payscan, and Smartsheet experience preferred.
High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to make decisions on minor issues in accordance with company policy.
Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Travel No travel is expected for this role.
