This role operates at the intersection of delivery leadership, client engagement, and business growth, supporting strategic accounts and large-scale transformation programs.Key Responsibilities1. Program & Delivery LeadershipLead multiple projects or large programs across clients in IT services, digital transformation, or managed servicesOwn end-to-end delivery accountability (scope, schedule, cost, quality)Drive adoption of delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid)Ensure alignment with NTT DATA delivery standards and governance2. Client & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including Director/VP-level executivesManage client expectations, escalations, and communicationsDrive customer satisfaction and long-term relationship growthSupport account leadership in strategic discussions and planning3. Financial & Commercial ManagementOwn program P&L, including revenue, margin, and cost controlManage forecasting, budgeting, and financial reportingIdentify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion within accountsSupport contract management and commercial negotiations4. Risk, Governance & ComplianceEstablish and enforce program governance frameworksProactively identify and mitigate risks and issuesEnsure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirementsLead program reviews, audits, and executive reporting5. Team Leadership & People ManagementLead and mentor project managers, scrum masters, and delivery teamsBuild high-performing, globally distributed teams (onshore/offshore model)Drive performance management, coaching, and career developmentFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement6.
