The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our global client, on a 6 month fixed term contract, with an immediate start on offer. Due to a new project, this role will be supporting hiring into our clients data centre. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an excellent candidate experience. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance. Source and engage technical talent using LinkedIn, ATS platforms, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate hiring decisions. Manage offer negotiations and candidate closing activities. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS records. Stay current on market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruiting technologies. Utilize AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve efficiency and candidate engagement. What We're Looking For Proven track record in technology hiring is essential. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment. Strong sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines. Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, and social media sourcing tools.
