Workday Project Manager

Location Miami, FL (Onsite) Fulltime

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Strong hands-on experience managing projects across core Workday modules such as:

• HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll (US), Finance (optional), and Reporting.
• Solid understanding of Workday business processes (BP), configuration, security, and tenant management.
• Ability to manage and coordinate Workday Enhancements, Releases, and Production Support cycles.
• Experience with Workday Integrations oversight (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PICOF, PECI) from a project management standpoint.
• Knowledge of Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and data migration methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

Own end-to-end delivery of Workday implementation/enhancement projects for Lennar Homes.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, sprint schedules, RAID logs, and governance documents.

Coordinate activities across Workday consultants, HR/Finance SMEs, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to Workday design standards, testing protocols, and deployment frameworks.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

Act as the primary point of contact for onsite business users and leadership.

Conduct regular status meetings, steering committee updates, and progress reporting.

Facilitate requirement workshops, UAT cycles, sign-off sessions, and business enablement activities.

Scope, Quality & Risk Control

Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and resource allocation.

Identify and mitigate risks/issues to ensure seamless project execution.

Ensure compliance with internal audit, security, and data privacy standards.

Agile / Hybrid Delivery

Execute delivery through Agile or hybrid methodologies.

Manage sprint ceremoniesplanning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives.

Track metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and deliverable acceptance.

Testing & Deployment Management

Oversee SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll Testing (if applicable), and integration testing.

Manage production deployment activities, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
