Job Description
- Overall project planning and execution
- Budget management and forecasting
- Contract and subcontractor administration
- Change order management
- Project scheduling and milestone tracking
- Coordination with architects, engineers, owners, and municipalities
- Risk management and issue resolution
- Reporting to company leadership

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Multifamily should have:
- Five or more years of project management experience in multifamily or commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
