Their process lines demonstrate how lean thinking optimizes value to the customer and themselves.Midnight (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) shifts Benefits include but are not limited to the following:Recruitment bonus plus continued bonus opportunitiesThree (3) weeks of paid vacationMonthly Incentive - Pay for Performance ProgramBenefits available on the first day of employment; no waiting periodTuition ReimbursementClimate controlled work environmentThis position will install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, piping, and electrical systems for the plant located in Eaton, OH.This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Troubleshoot and identify the root cause of machine breakdowns or out-of-control situations.Dismantles defective machines and equipment, install new or repaired parts and performs minor repairs.Installs and repairs electrical equipment, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.Assembles, installs and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.Repairs and maintains the physical structure of the plant.Set up and operate machine tools (lathes, grinders, mills, drill presses, etc.) to repair and/or fabricate parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools.Performs routine preventative maintenance.Responsible for equipment troubleshooting and repairs (e.g., unit repairs on hydraulic pumps, electrical issues, etc.).Executes Continuous Improvement project work orders.Track and communicate work progress in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Collaborate with reliability staff to order and stock parts and tools.Flexible to work any shift assignment and overtime as needed.Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma with five years' experience in maintaining electrical, technical, and mechanical equipment.Preferred Requirements:Associate's degree with two years' experience in maintaining electrical, technical, and mechanical equipment.Previous experience in industrial maintenance or related field.Physical Requirements:Activities such as walking, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and bending.Significant time on the production floor and significant time on feet and walking.Significant uses of hands, sometimes in confined spaces.Occasional lifting; typically, less than 50 lbs.Hearing of conversational level.Must be qualified to operate powered industrial equipment.Color vision.Pay Details: $30.00 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledMilitary connected talent encouraged to applyTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:The California Fair Chance ActLos Angeles City Fair Chance OrdinanceLos Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for EmployersSan Francisco Fair Chance OrdinanceMassachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
