Hiring: EHR Applications Analyst
Location: On-site
Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Experience Level: Mid-Level
We are seeking an EHR Applications Analyst to support, maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot clinical and business applications within an Electronic Health Record environment. This role will work closely with end users, technical teams, and external vendors to improve application functionality, workflows, and overall system performance.
Must-Have Skills
• Hands-on Electronic Health Record (EHR) application experience
• Application support, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting
• Requirements gathering and translating user needs into system enhancements
• Workflow analysis, documentation, and process improvement
• Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Microsoft Office 365
• End-user support and application training
• Application security and confidential data handling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting EHR platforms in a healthcare or clinical environment
• SQL experience
• SaaS application experience
• Healthcare technology experience
• Understanding of HIPAA , privacy, confidentiality, accessibility, and information security standards
• Experience coordinating with third-party application vendors
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred
• Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered
• Candidates with approximately 4+ years of relevant experience without a four-year degree may also be considered
