I'm Dan Glenn. I was a producer before I opened my own Farmers Insurance agency in August 2026, so I know what gets in a good producer's way: no leads, piles of service work, and an owner who isn't in your corner. I built this agency to fix that.

Pay: Base pay plus monthly commission. Most producers earn $40,000-$65,000+, with no cap. If you already know how to sell, you'll start earning commission faster.

Responsibilities

• Work new leads fast and follow up on every quote
• Write auto and home together, and bring life into every household conversation
• Hit weekly activity (about 400 calls and 8+ hours of talk time) and monthly production goals
• Keep AgencyZoom and Ricochet clean and up to date

Requirements

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or able to transfer them quickly)
• 1+ year selling personal lines insurance, ideally by phone
• A track record you can tell us about (premium written, close rate, life sales)
• Self-motivated, with a quiet place to work and reliable internet
