Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Fleet Operations organization supporting Vehicle Operators and cross-functional operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Shift Supervisor Location: Austin, TX Pay Range: $36/hr. What's the Job? Supervise and support a team of Vehicle Operators to ensure safe and efficient daily operations. Provide coaching, mentorship, and regular performance feedback to direct reports. Coordinate schedules, validate staffing assignments, and complete administrative team support tasks. Lead by example as a hands-on supervisor, working alongside the team to maintain operational excellence. Partner with Fleet Operations leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and support mission success. What's Needed? 12+ months of autonomous vehicle operator experience and an active AVT permit. Previous leadership, training, coaching, or team lead experience in an operations environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to improve operational efficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
