This is a high-velocity leadership mandate for a seasoned operational strategist to command the Emergency Services Division of a premier commercial property restoration firm. Operating in a market defined by high-consequence climate events and high-density commercial infrastructure, the organization is a primary responder for Tier-1 industrial, healthcare, and multi-family assets.

The incoming Director will lead a 24/7 high-urgency environment, tasked with institutionalizing the rapid-response infrastructure necessary to capture and execute large-loss fire, water, and catastrophe events. The mandate is to bridge the gap between technical field excellence and sophisticated financial recovery, ensuring seamless integration between mitigation teams, insurance carriers, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).

KEY LEADERSHIP MANDATES

• High-Urgency Command: Oversee the 24/7 operational readiness and mobilization protocols for large-scale commercial mitigation and emergency response.

• TPA & Carrier Stewardship: Navigate complex insurance ecosystems, ensuring 100% compliance with TPA service level agreements and maintaining elite-tier carrier relationships.

• Revenue & Estimate Accuracy: Direct the utilization of Xactimate and other industry-standard platforms to ensure high-velocity, accurate estimating that maximizes project margin.

• Resource Mobilization: Architect a scalable labor and equipment strategy capable of responding to local emergencies and large-scale regional catastrophe (CAT) events.

• Operational Profitability: Full P&L accountability for the Emergency Services division, with a specific focus on optimizing direct labor costs and equipment utilization rates.

• Technical Quality Control: Enforce rigorous IICRC standards across all mitigation categories (Water, Fire, Mold, Bio) to minimize liability and maximize client retention.

• Client Advocacy: Act as the executive liaison for property managers and REIT stakeholders during high-stress loss events, ensuring "white-glove" communication and transparency.

• Fleet & Technology Integration: Manage a specialized fleet and high-value drying equipment inventory, utilizing real-time monitoring technology to drive operational efficiency.
